Custom Orders & Returns Policy
Our products are custom-made for each project, and as such, returns are not accepted. However, if you have any questions regarding returns, please don’t hesitate to contact us at: info@rootstockwinedesigngt.com.
Damages & Issues
We strongly recommend inspecting your order upon arrival. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you have received the wrong item, please contact us immediately so we can assess the situation and resolve it promptly.
To process a dispute, we will require photographs of both the damaged item and the packaging. Please ensure you report any damage within 24 hours of receipt. Claims made after this time will not be accepted.
